Daily Life at the Estates
Meals and Nutrition
At The Estates we understand that meals and nutrition are very important for our residents. That’s why we make it a priority to ensure each and every dining experience is a great one.
Our Food Service Director works closely with a Registered Dietitian to create a diverse menu that is both nutritious and tasty for each resident to enjoy. We change our menus each season so residents are presented a variety of choices and options.
Our elegant, brightly lit dining room is very accommodating and provides a place for residents to laugh and converse amongst friends and loved ones. Three home-cooked meals are prepared daily and modified meals are available for residents with unique dietary needs and restrictions.
Activities & Wellness
We take pride in creating an engaging activities program that enriches our residents through body, mind and soul. Our full-time Activities Director designs an age appropriate program each month, focusing on the interests and desires of our residents.
Our vibrant, energetic activities team encourages residents to participate and stay active, so they can benefit mentally, socially and physically in a fun and stimulating environment. Exercise programs, educational experiences, exciting local excursions and a wide variety of visiting entertainment are just some of the activities that await our residents.
Customized Care Services
Each and every one of our residents are unique. That’s why we provide customized care services to our residents. Our 24/7 care team, consisting of nurses, med techs, and resident care aides work passionately to provide:

We want each resident to feel a sense of identity in their new home. We’ve created our facilities and designed our amenities to create a dependable environment full of choices where residents find joy and are proud to call our community home.
We offer private rooms where residents are free to furnish and decorate with personal items as they please. Fully furnished rooms are also available if you’d like. Each room was designed with convenience, comfort and safety of senior residents in mind.

Mini kitchenette equipped with refrigerator for personal snacks (microwave available upon safety evaluation)
Private spacious bathroom outfitted with grab bars, walk-in shower and higher commodes for ease
24 hour emergency call response system-pendants optional for additional fee
Phone and cable hook up availability

Residents also have full access to the many common areas throughout the building and outside, residents can also reserve any of the rooms for private events:

Enhanced Assisted Living (EALR)
We recognize that individuals may be faced with increased medical conditions and/or a greater need for assistance with daily activities as they age. As an Enhanced Care (EALR) certified provider we welcome Enhanced Assisted Living Residents in need of additional services such as those listed below.
Management of medical equipment and daily injections
Skilled nursing observations and medical monitoring
Changing dressings, wound care, and personal hygiene support
Catheter, incontinence and colostomy care support
An evaluation will be completed for each prospective resident that may require EALR services to determine whether the individual is appropriate for placement.
